Laura graduated from the Birmingham School of Acting in May 2005. She first found her love of performing when she started Ballet classes at the age of three, and soon went on to learn Tap and Jazz dance as well as taking on Drama classes with The Redford's School Of Speech And Drama.

When attending her final school she was inspired by three great drama teachers who nurtured and encouraged her as she gained top marks in both GCSE and A Level Drama, and secured good roles in the school plays and musicals.

Laura knew that she wanted to further her training at a good accredited drama school and was thrilled when she gained a place at the Birmingham School Of Acting. During her time there she played The Moon in Blood Wedding, Florinda in The Rover and Corina in The Strangeness Of Others amongst other things.

On Graduating Laura had a very successful showcase at the Soho Theatre and was pleased with the review of her work by The Stage Newspaper describing her as 'a competent young performer' and naming her classical duologue as the best in the showcase.

Since leaving Birmingham Laura has mixed both film and theatre work, her favourite role so far playing Alice in Alice In Wonderland.

Laura is looking forward to a long, successful and challenging career in an industry which inspires her like no other,
that which we call show business!

Well I've just completed a Television Presenting course at The London Academy of Television and Film which was a fantastic experience. Our tutors were the well known Sally Gray and Jonas Hurst and they guided us through all aspects of TV presenting from script writing to actually filming it. So today was the final day and we filmed outside and in the studio using auto cues, shots to camera, interviewing people and of course Vox Pops. Evidence of this course will be shown in the form of a showreel which will be uploaded on to my website as soon as possible so keep your eyes peeled.
